I'm sorry, I couldn't tell anyone the difference between the candidates' plans. I guess I'm not laser-focused on the primary until later this year... Note, I'm not criticizing wonkishness ha ha

A broader safety net for the people who have no group plan and are too poor to afford private insurance but not poor enough to qualify for what we have for destitute people now.
