Sky tv UK reporting Rep. "dirty tricks campaign" against Kerry |
|
Edited on Tue Feb-17-04 07:08 AM by DeepModem Mom
In reporting Kerry's Wisconsin primary run, Sky News UK is going on to report a "dirty tricks campaign" against Kerry. They are reporting the faked Jane Fonda photo circulating on the internet as apparently the work of "Republicans desperate to undermine Kerry, who in fact was a decorated Viet Nam war hero." They link the internet-fueled "intern scandal" to the same effort.

4. I would humbly submit this paper is NOT the Sun... |
|
Im sure all papers in the UK are not as "Weekly World News" as the Sun.

5. Funny you should mention that |
|
Most of the Kerry's cock stuff appeared in The Sun, and the Sun is owned by the same person who owns Sky News, a certain Rupert Murdoch!
The Sun is a right wing rag with an appalling reputation for playing fast and loose with the facts. It is not a reputable source and only gets as much sales as it does due to the page 3 girls.

6. Sky is actually a 24-hour news channel... |
|
and is, indeed, as TIB notes above, owned by Murdoch. It is one Murdoch property that functions as a reasonable news source --
