Why is it Never their Fault |
|
If many of you have been watching the news for the last few years there is something you may have noticed. Whenever a Republican gets into trouble it is never their fault. Just about every time a Republican has gotten into trouble over the last few years they have tried to blame everyone but themselves. It has been the newspapers trying to get them kicked out of office. It has been the Democrats being angry about their great conservative ideas. It has been their horrible next door neighbors who are just horrible people. It has been Bill and Hillary Clinton who are also just horrible people and the reason for all of America's problems. It has been the liberal media, who although mainly owned by Republicans, for some reason just hates Republicans. However, it never been that a Republican just screwed up.
It think it is about time the Repbulican starting taking some of their own medicine. For years we have also heard Republican constantly point a finger at someone and pushed them to take responsiblity for their actions. Now it is time that the Republicans start taking responsibility for their actions. They should just stand up and say I just messed up now let me move on.

1. I found it amusing that the esteemed Senator from ID plead |
|
guilty, and yet today on NPR, he was whining about how he had done nothing.
Call me old fashioned, but it seems to me, the last thing anyone would do is plead guilty when they are innocent.
It is a given that criminals that are guilty still proclaim their innocence after being sent to prison, but for someone to proclaim their innocence after pleading guilty and avoiding jail...that's a new on on me.

3. Um, because they're the party of "personal responsibility" |
|
and they're always looking for that "other person" to make responsible?
This week, it's the Idado Statesman; so says Sen. Craig.

It's so much easier, it takes no imagination, and no one they were trying to reach was paying attention anyhow.

are never to blame. It's always someone else's fault that they get caught dragging themselves through the muck.
