Rush Limbaugh is an Idiot

Earlier today I said that Darrel Issa is a idiot. Now I will say the same thing about Rush Limbaugh. In addition, it seems that at some point I will end up saying that Republicans are idiots and with all the things that are being said these days I think that day will come sooner than I think.

As we all know Limbaugh is now trying to say that he never made the "phony soldier" comment in the way the media is trying to spin the comment. Today Keith Olbermann played the part where Limbaugh made the "phony soldier" comment. The things that makes me want to say that Limbaugh is an idiot is not the fact that he made the "phony soldier" comment, it is what he said earlier. Earlier Limbaugh asked the question "what would be good about taking soldiers out of Iraq". He then went on to say that the only thing the people who are against the war ever say is that taking the troops out of Iraq will keep them safe. Later, Limbaugh went on to say it is hard to follow the logic of those who are against the war.

I contend Limbaugh's statement that liberal are foolish to say that taking the troops out of Iraq will keep them shows how stupid he is. To me Limbaugh saying that Democrats are wrong to say one of the good things of getting troop out of Iraq is the fact that the troops will be safe is like someone saying to a parent they should not tell their kid to look both ways before they cross the street in that the only good would be that the kid would not get hit by a car. The fact that soldiers will not be hurt if they are taken out of Iraq is a good enough reason to take them out of Iraq just like keeping a kid from getting hit by a car is a good enough reason to tell them to look both ways before crossing the street. There are; however, other good reason to take troops out of Iraq.

Democrats in the Senate shouldn't even bother to mention his vile name.
They should spend their energy on McConnell and his obstructionism or shrub and his War Crimes. This petty tit-for-tat talk is distracting.
