Monday morning the world will be flipped upside down(again) with a new war. |
|
Friday we will know who gets the Peace Prize and Monday we find out if a NATO ally invades the only peaceful part of Iraq. Will we call in air strikes if they cross the border? Will they make the mistake of going after the oil fields. I'm sure Cheney cares little for the Kurd's but the oil is a BIG NO WAY.
Have a good weekend!

1. northern iraq is only somewhat peaceful because the kurds finally have control. |
|
and its only peaceful compared to the other parts of iraq not compared to most any other place in the world.
the rest of iraq is too busy to bother with the kurds just now. yes we will see what our good 'friends' turkey do about those damn kurds and their crazy dream of carving out a kurdistan.

And nobody on DU or the M$M seems to know or care. We could end up fighting are way across Syria to get to the Med. This could be our Dunkirk.

4. Genocide? We'll show you genocide... |

It's hard to see much distinction between Turkey going into Iraq and Israel going into Lebanon. Similar provocations. But I expect us to be demanding a speedy ceasefire this time around.
