Folks... bookmark this post. Obama is going to win by a landslide. |
|
Edited on Wed Oct-17-07 09:30 PM by Katzenkavalier
And I'm not just talking the primary...he's going to win by a landslide the likes we have not seen since Ronald Reagan was first elected.
Count on it. Bookmark this post for reference next November.
We are going to win BIG TIME.

Poor Keyes, the man was decimated at the poll. I don't remember the numbers, just that I laughed quite loud.

12. This should concern Obama supporters greatly |
|
If he can't even snag the lead in the polls with all that money in his war chest, that speaks volumes about him as a politician. I can't stand Hillary, but she's got the best b***sh*tting politician ever by her side, to give her pointers. It doesn't matter that Obama's raking in the cash...she's raking in the people, and they're the ones that vote.
Yes, I'd definitely prefer Obama over Hillary, but the poor man simply has no charisma. He talks too slow, he's incredibly dull, and the only newsworthy thing he's got going for him is that he's African-American. He's like Walter Mondale, except he's not Norwegian. I'm not putting down Mondale or Obama--just stating the facts. Since JFK, you've got to have TV presence, in order to win.
I'm an Edwards supporter, but as I see his poll numbers drop, I'm resigning myself to the fact that he probably won't win the primary...even though he has so much to offer America. :(

at the 2004 convention, has been so milquetoast this campaign. I think I've stopped waiting for him to break out, and have come to realize that what we've seen is all we're getting.

Aren't you wishing that on fellow democrats by saying that Obama will win the primary by a landslide. That would kind of demand a crash and burn by all other democrats.

Obama will probably come in 2nd in Iowa, and will likely not win a single state. The Hillary Inevitability Machine will probably win Iowa, though either Edwards or Obama certainly have a shot. After that, though...it's not like the nation is holding its breath to see what Iowa does like it was in 2004. Democrats are pretty squarely behind Hillary, and are solidifying that support week by week.

|
Edited on Thu Oct-18-07 12:20 AM by BenDavid
will lose Iowa and because HRC will not win by a big enough margain, Obama will still have that dream alive, and will carry on to New Hampshire and get bear there too. Because he just has to stay in, Obama will travel on to Nevada and get beat there and Obama will hope his saving grace will South Carolina but HRC will win there too. Obama might just hang in there long enough and do no campaigning but state after state HRC will win, win, win, and sew up the nomination between the dates of February 5 and 15th....

Unfortunately, one is inexplicably behind despite getting moderate union support and the other has about as much chance of winning the primary as I do of becoming a Bishop.

I don't have anything against Obama. Except, perhaps, his inability to clearly state his own positions.
But, I just don't see that happening, honestly.
Though you can bookmark my response to drag out when EDWARDS takes the whole thing in a landslide. :D

Sure, he can say "I wouldn't have voted for this war." And yet, he continually votes to fund it. Correct me if I'm wrong, but is that not also voting for the war?

If I had to guess, I would say that Edwards will pick up momentum in Iowa and narrowly beat Obama, but that Hillary will still win.
I'm not confident about the first of those predictions; I'm moderately confident about the second.
