That's so simple. Yet it seems so hard for many in the Dem leadership to understand. We want a full effort. I don't want to hear about the polls, and I don't want to hear any bullshit excuses. If someone tries and fails, we can all live with that. What many of us can't stomach is a failure to give a full effort. Speaking for myself, that's all I ever asked for. No miracles. No rabbits out of a hat. Just a full effort to do what's right and oppose what's wrong.

He went on: "Anyone who has aided and abetted him in these illegal activities should be held accountable."

Every damn one of our candidates ought to be pressed to either agree or disagree with Dodd's statement.

3. Dodd is solid.

He says all the right things at the debates and he's a damn good Senator. He should be much further ahead in the polls than he is, but he somehow is not pinging on many of our radars. Why is that? It's Obama, Kucinich or Hillary, but I think Dodd is probably the most Presidential of all of our candidates.
