1. No. But Pete Stark could say this.....

Because President Bush is so CARELESSLY BAITING the enemy, he seems to want more war. In a tone of smarmy self-satisfaction, why is Bush so willing to provoke our enemy by mentioning a possible WWIII?

It is President Bush who OWES the American people an apology.
