Need help. I heard on Progressive Radio that Sen Dobbs placing a "hold" on a bill

related to FISA. His issue is the words in the bill that give immunity to telephone corporations that voluntarily broke the FISA laws and violated the Constitution. I can't find anything on this. We need to follow up and contact our Senators. Anyone know what the bill number is? or have any information?

I think it was Rachel Maddow's show where I heard him.
