You can bet FEMA will help San Diego out

White Republicans as opposed to New Orleans.

OK that is a bit cynical but I did notice National Guard troops in Poway, CA today.
What the hell were they doing there with their M16s over there shoulders?
They were milling around in the parking lot of the school district offices, by their humvees.

We have some wealthy homes here so I am guessing they are there to protect the rich from potential looters.
Again cynical I know but these times call for me to be.

4. I live on the coast in Encinitas...
...and work in Poway.

The fire has moved on, for the most part, from Poway although Mt. Woodson to the east is on fire.

3. San Diego has 3,000,000 people, of every color and economic background.
They all have hearts, they all have photographs and mementos they cherish, and their flesh all burns equally.

7. thanks...
...I was let out of work early to come home.

We are under "Advisory" notice.
The winds here are calm on the coast at this time.
That is good.
Fire is at Lake Hodges and moving west into the Elfin Forest region I believe.
The southern front made it down to Fairbanks Ranch area.

8. Did you take a look at the people in Qualcomm?
And I have no idea what you think that cynicism (racism) is good for, but my guess is, not much.

9. * Doesn't Care About Californians
He doesn't care for ANYONE other than himself, but he cares even less for anyone from a blue state....or in the case of New Orleans, a blue county..
