At the Primary filing event.

Come on let 'em fly. I'm sure I won't ask but I'd like to know what you want to know anyway.

This by the way is what makes New Hampshire great. We are so friggin tiny, one of your counties in size, that we get to have real conversations and ask real questions.

I was thinking of asking a tough one. How does Bill plan to redecorate the White House during his stay as First Laddie?

14. I just got this in email from a friend
Governor Gregoire got asked the same question Hillary did, and she was shocked. They had this program in Washington state for years, it works great, insurance rates came down, the dmv database is more accurate, and police have a better pool of information to compare against. She's shocked it's an issue.

And yes. Hillary has come out in support of Spitzer.

22. Why does the GOP and media want to see her love notes? - nothing she shows will be good enough
to stop the themes of the GOP and the media and some of her primary opponents about "just a wife" - knows little - overstates her ability - etc.

She is better off telling Bill to change nothing - 2012 is plenty earlier for the media to get there hands on anything that is there.

The LA Times should be told to go pound sand.

After spending time on the phone today with a source very familiar with archive procedures, the truth of the matter is quite different. The letter Russert held up was from 1994. It's also standard operating procedures for all presidents. Once documents start being produced by a president, something has to be decided about what to do with them in case something happens to the president. I was told it was standard for presidents to choose the 12 year maximum to hold the documents, which are put in categories like national security, senior administration, secret, etc. The highest level documents often stay secret, and with regards to Bill Clinton specifically, are then run by Bruce Lindsay to decide whether to make them public. What Russert didn't bother to add at the time of his document waving drama, was that right after Bill Clinton left the presidency he asked that his documents be released immediately. But after George W. Bush came into office, he decided that presidential papers would be kept secret indefinitely, something Bill Clinton openly fought against, including opposing Bush on the 12 year secrecy procedure, but especially on the new indefinite stand. So back and forth the conversation went, with Bush pushing back on Bill Clinton.

Russert played a card that was not only disingenuous and meant to bring in Bill Clinton into a debate where Hillary Clinton is running for president, but did so using innuendos and outright falsehoods, according to any objective player. Jim Warren of the Chicago Tribune pointed out on MSNBC today (video up soon) that there was nothing whatsoever unusual about the Clinton archives issue. Warren then went on to say that when you speak of Rudy Giuliani, the same cannot be said. Warren's paper will have a big piece on the issue this Sunday. Wonder if Russert will be interested? Doubtful. By holding the 1994 document up, Russert acted like this was really a new event. It was a charade of monumental proportions.

26. Does she favor a tax cut for the middle class and poor via a tax rate cut in the payroll tax paid by
removing the wage cap? No wage cap, with the rich getting big benefits (so that the program is not changed to welfare) via benefit calculation credit for every dollar of wages that they have paid a payroll tax on, would fund a 1.5% cut in the employee portion of the tax (we'd leave the employer part of the tax unchanged).

Would not being for such a tax cut be a political winner?

Lieberman just endorsed her. He's NOT a Democrat, and so little respect forthe party that he ran as an independent against the winner of the primary.

He backs Bush's war strategy completely and is driving the cheerleader bus for War with Iran.

Is Hillary pro war? Unless she disavows this guy she is.
