I don't know about other Californians, native or otherwise but
this native Angelina has decided that Dianne's ass got to go!! I don't care if she's ret-ta go but I have decided that she's about as good as for my country as bush is. I have stood back and given her the benefit of a doubt but I only have so much patience. Trying to get this broad to stand up for what she took an oath to protect and uphold, namely the Constitution, is like pushing a car uphill with a rope.

I have listened and watched as she stumbled and tripped, talked mess to try to cover her sorry ass without but determined to try to give her chance after chance.

Today is the final straw and I'll scoop sheep shyt on a shingle before I vote her again. Cindy Sheehan may not be the most experienced or the most nuanced in the way she poses things but DAMN IT, at least she stands for something!!

Dee-Dee, don't let the doorknob hitcha where the Good Lord split ya... I've fucking had it!!

4. She's getting old, greedy, and out of touch with her constituents.
I have remained loyal to her for YEARS because she has been strongly pro-choice and a big help here in CA years ago.

But the honeymoon is over.

5. Yes, indeed, Kestrel...
I tried to give her chance after chance after chance and I am f*&%ing fed up. My mama was no fool and she raised me not to be. Chile, this honeymoon has turned to a dip in the cesspool.

I'm going to work for her to find herself out of a job, with a large California sized footprint on her sorry ass. I am so pissed I can't see straight.

6. I vote in California...
I used to like her, and agreed with her most of the time. She HAS been too quick to side with the Bush/Cheney operation a few times... it gave me pause. I will listen to what she says, but there isn't much she can say. This is the last straw. She has to know what Bush is... I'm amazed she helped let him escape this defeat.

7. I guess this thread is against DU rules, but
I'm thinking the same way. She's barely better than a republican lately. I hope she has an opponent in her next election bid.

9. I wrote to her after the 2000 elections asking for a study of the Civil Rights
Commission's complaints about the voting irregularities in FL. She answered by saying the election was over and we have to work with the republicans.

10. I completely agree. I think * is blackmailing her
with something, maybe something related to her husband's business. There must be something that * or Cheney has on her that she needs to keep hidden. Why else would she be kissing * ass like she is? Certainly just riding on Airforce 1 can't be enough to cause the change in her lately. Although, she has pulled some real boners for years now. She absolutely has to go, we need to replace her with someone who will worry more about the people of CA, the US Constitution and the good of the nation than his/her own sorry ass!

11. That may be the case but you know what I learned a long time ago.....
that you can only be blackmailed IF YOU ALLOW THE TO DO IT! If all of them just came forward AT THE SAME TIME and held a press conference telling what they've been threatened with, this balloon that these maniacs have been floating as a way to keep people in, line would deflate so fast it would make your head spin.

The way that the republicans have been accused of horrible things and in some cases, actually gotten a standing ovation, for criminy's sake.

What could any of them have done that would be so horrid that our side couldn't forgive? If it were to be something truly horrid they would be subject to the laws governing whatever crime they may have committed. However, somehow I believe that there is alot more dirt on the right wing.

If they stood together as one group and told exactly what is being done to the people in the Senate and Congress to make them back up the giggling murderer, things would change tomorrow.

12. I was just thinking of sending off an e-mail regarding her support of waterboarding.
Problem is, it seems next to impossible to get rid of incumbents in a primary.

There are more than enough of us to recall her and put someone else who is honourable and faithful to what the people want.

13. So have I, DAMMIT!
This is it. I'm officially done with her. I called her office late this afternoon as soon as I heard it on "Hardball" - and said I wished she'd just be honest and reregister as a republi-CON, 'cause that's how she votes. I will NOT EVER be supporting her again.

14. God bless you, Calimary..
We need to start a recall or something to get that broad out of office and put someone in. :applause:

However, let's have a plan in place to make sure we get a genuine Democrat in her place and send her sorry ass back to the City where I'm sure other folks would just love to have a a little bit of a demonstration in front of her husband's offices and their home, portraying the admiration they have for her "services".

19. The other bad news is that we're stuck with Ms. Quisling for five more years.
She just won another term last year.

I am BEYOND disgusted. She's caved on pretty much EVERYTHING. When bush says "jump", dear dianne can be counted on to respond "how high, milord?"

DAMN. Thank GOD for Barbara Boxer.

20. Amen... I thank God for small miracles..
Why can't get a recall under way and have a person prepared to put into her Miss Thang's place? I am also more than a little put out with Ms Pelosi... WTH is wrong with these folks?

16. I completely agree
I voted against her in her last primary and voted for the Green candidate in the general.

I tried calling her SF office late this afternoon before I knew she said she'd vote for Mukasey. I couldn't get thru & tried for at least an hour. I suspect now that they had the phones off the hook so they wouldn't have to listen to her constituents bitching about her. So I sent her an email voicing my displeasure. Not that it will do any good.

I don't expect her to vote like Sen Boxer; I know she's not that liberal. But, damn, try to vote like a Democrat. She's been a disappointment for years.
