I disagree with the article. I think that imposing martial will help Musharaf fight terrorism. It's not all about going out and rounding them up. The first thing he will do is attempt to cut communications. Most people will be included in this, but it will certainly hinder it's target.

Next he'll attempt to round up the leaders. This won't be a particularly precise roundup. Probably a huge number of people will be rounded up in the sweep. This will in many cases actually catch terrorist leaders, as well as try to instill the fear of god into others.

I'm not saying I advocate any of this, it's just my prediction. They don't operate over there like they do here. Political correctness won't be a big issue. They didn't try to kill Musharaf's "daddy", they tried to kill him on two occasions. So he'll pursue them with fire and sword. Not to mention Musharaf's desire to maintain his dictatorship.

I think the US will be forced to stand on the side-lines and covertly aid in this effort.

What a horror these guys have gotten us into. I think we've only seen the first phase of their plan play out. I don't think this was a mistake either. That's what they want you to think. There's more for them to do in my estimation. I'm starting to believe they have plans to actually invade the entire Middle East.

I'm just calling it from the side-lines.

What a nightmare.
