4. Local Elections Count Too

But even local elections count! If you have city or county elections today, go vote and support your local progressive Democrats. If none of your Dems are quite so progressive, and you are in a regressive place, just vote Dem today and work for better ones to come. Remember, we need a Democratic universe, not just a Congress, and Democratic President. Besides, this will
give you a chance to familiarize yourself with your local polling place in a relaxed way before
next year's rush. Also, if there is a problem with your registration, voting this year if available could give you a heads up or preserve your registration. Don't find our your registration has lapsed next year because you haven't voted enough!
