Dear me, they are doing an AMAZING job!!

As I write this, Edwards, Richardson, Biden and Dodd have spoken (in that order). HRC and Obama to follow.

No secret that I am an Edwards die-hard, but I can see EACH of them taking a role in the 2009 administration and it would be a shame not to have this amazing talent on the team.

Here's my dream slate:

Edwards -- President
Richardson -- VP (balance that Governor jinx)
Biden -- Sec of State
Dodd -- Majority leader
Obama -- Attorney General (I like the guy and he IS and INCREDIBLE leader, he just needs to be seasoned)

On Edit: Maccagirl pointed out the obvious to me

1. I agree about Dodd replacing Reid as Majority leader.
Reid has to go.

3. How about Obama as Attorney General?
He's got a Harvard law degree and a history of activism, no?

8. New York (where I am from) seems to like her Senate career
As a corporatist of the DLC stripe, I would think that county dog catcher in Brooklyn would be a good fit!

(Sorry, really, really not an HRC fan. My ommision was to focus on the positives of these candidates -- no offence intended)

7. Yikes.
It'd be nice, real nice, but we're kinda pulling a lot of senators out, eh? Hopefully their states have Dem governors.

9. LOL!
Well, there is that, but it is hard to exclude. These men are incredible. I can just imagine what impact they would have.
