If After * Leaves Office He's Brought Up On Any Charges Related To........
any of the lies and outright constitution shredding he and Cheney and *Co has been responsible for since 2000 - will HRC (who appears to be the heir apparent to his seat) take the pledge not to pardon any of these criminals?

1. Never.
She will want to "move forward and look ahead"

Also would she repeal his unitary executive power grabs?

9. She Seems To Be The Annointed Candidate By The MSM......
that's why I singled her out. I guess the same question can be asked of any of the Dem candidates. My feeling is that they should take a pledge that if they get elected President and any after their term proceedings hit *Co - that any Dem candidate should be willing to say that they would let the law proceed and not intervene by pardoning any of the *Co team.

My gut tells me that if this should happen after * leaves office that the next President in line (be it Hillary, Barak, John, Rudy, Mitt, etc) they will pardon these criminals.

Again - the American people would lose and around the world it would resonate that the U.S. of A. is no better under the next president after *.

3. Unfortunately, I don't think any of them, except
maybe Kucinich, would even allow him to be charged in the first place. I just don't get it.

4. She can't comment on that because ...
it would require her to take a stand on something.

7. What happened the last time BushInc's successor was a Dem in 1993?
All the outstanding matters left in IranContra, Iraqgate, BCCI and CIA drugrunning were deep-sixed throughout the 90s.

The Dem president sided with Poppy Bush and protected secrecy and privilege of the powerful over the citizens' right to honest and open government.

Democrats need to face up to some facts BEFORE they repeat the same enormous mistakes of the past.

8. Let's not speculate on something that's not likely to happen.
Hillary would never get the chance even if Bush were charged.
It would probably be best if Bush were brought up on charges in an international court or in some other country. That way his Supreme Court won't have a chance to overturn any convictions.
