Government Tracking Cell Phones Without Probable Cause
Going down a slippery slope, judges using lose interpretations of the law to issue cell phone tracking warrants.

Do you believe judges should be using the fourth amendment to guide the standards of phone tracking warrants or some lower standard?

1. I'm sure they're using these records for sneak and peek surveillance
If they know you're not home and are far away, they can rifle our homes or offices with impunity and be warned when you're coming back.

2. Bingo...I'm sure you're right.
That's a major part, being able to break into people's homes with impunity. You couldn't have them getting caught without a warrant now, you wouldn't be able to tell them apart from theives!
