Question about Troopergate

Sorry to bring up such old history, but I have a freeper here in the office who's been beating me over the head with the old Troopergate story today. He remembers every sordid detail about Brock's stories in American Spectator, but not that Brock later refuted his own reporting in the matter.

And I swear I remember reading that at least one of the troopers recanted his own story, saying he made stuff up because he was paid to.

Can someone provide me with a link or a place to look for corroboration of this?

they did lie and they were paid. Also lied about Paula in the hotel.
