Get the Alternative Minimum Tax fix in before the holiday recess and the 07 tax season.
Show the middle class that you stand with them, the President thinks you can't do it, but we believe you can.
Fix the AMT as a stand alone, do not allow it to be tied to anything else.
Then send it off to him, he can't veto it, he blames it all on everyone else...call his bluff.

You don't have too much time, do you know that a married couple that makes over $56,000. will be nailed with the extra $2000.00 tax bill?

This is not fair, the way to garner support is in the wallets of the middle class.
