Of course like a good little turd Republican he tries to blame it on Bill Clinton...

http://www.cnn.com/2007/POLITICS/12/06/huckabee.dumond/index.html

Could stop his momentum if this story gains any legs...

what do you think?

edit: Gawd my typing skills suck!

2. It has to hurt him with the christian right
If he had sent the prisoner to the electric chair and fried him he would be a hero to the LIFE LOVING christians amongst us.

3. Mittens will end up winning Iowa. I say this because both Limbaugh
and Ingraham are gushing over "the speech"--that will be enough to boost Mittens over the next few weeks, and then he'll win NH. This stupid-ass speech was a big winner for him. Limbaugh said he looked like a "risk-taking leader". Huck will go down as this Dumond story circulates--it's pretty damning, and the lying and blaming aren't helping.

7. You might be right...
My view is that Huckabee helps McCain...but if he tanks on this story and Romney pulls out a win in Iowa...Romney could be the nominee...otherwise I think McCain gets it...

I don't see Guiliani getting it...he is strong in no state until Feb. 5...by that time it might be too late

4. It means McCain will be the nominee
I don't know what I think of that.

5. Huckabee is a HUGE LIAR. He spit in the face of all those women, just to stick it to Bill Clinton.

Dumond was also an already confessed killer. He had testified in court about how he had killed a man with a claw hammer (he was given immunity to testify against his 2 co-murderers).

Huckabee knew the man was a killer, but it was more important to stick it to Bill Clinton than to protect the next victims.

Huckabee is disgusting and vile.

8. It certainly will--they're the "law and order" party. This would be an embarrassment
for them if they made him their nominee, and the fact that he keeps lying is not helping him. Hillary or Obama would certainly look like they had better judgment and were more responsible. He won't ultimately survive this.

9. I'd like to think you're right...but they have a way of "justifying" everything.
If they decide they want The Huckster, they'll find a way to spin it. If they don't, they'll let him drown.

10. Of course not. His support is coming from the RW evangelicals who only care that
he's "one of them". If he 'mis-stepped' and released a rapist to murder and rape another, they know in their hearts that God forgave him and Huck is Rapture ready!
