But, he "looks" presidential....
How important is it that a candidate "look" presidential? John Kerry "looked" very presidential. George W. Bush looked like a chimp juggling his own feces.

Now they are saying the same thing about Mitt Romney. He "looks" presidential. Is it that "looking presidential" is more prevalent in the Republican Party than in the Democratic Party.

Many Democrats do not believe Kucinich can win because he does not "look" presidential. Yes, he has the best message of all the Democrats. Yes, he has the courage to speak the truth. So, why is he not leading in the polls?

Is it that we cast our votes from visual interpretation rather than by logic or common sense or competence? Perhaps it is the end result of our television society?

1. Willard Romney looks like a crooked used car saleman to me.
(Not intended to insult honest used car salesmen.)

2. If looking Presidential means having a bad dye job
then yes, Mitt looks "presidential".

Like president of the hair club for men.

3. like it or not- and I don't- a lot of people cast their votes for reasons
I consider idiotic. But I do realize there's not much we can do about that.

As for why Kucinich isn't leading in the polls; I think quite a bit of it is that he's runnning a poor campaign- again.

6. Appearances can be deceiving
Unfortunately, US voters go for looks, not issues. Gives a reason why so many people in the country rice up their cars. It gives the appearance of speed, but the only things their automatic transmission-equipped econoboxes can outrun are 18-wheelers.
