What a difference from yesterdays debate where no one addressed the most important problems facing America today. If there is any intelligence left in American voters brains there will be a landslide Democratic President

I sure hope you are right that all Democrats will unite and vote for whoever our candidate is.
I am ready for the nightmare to end of Republicans and the far right in control. I would love to wake up and see the Democrats in charge.

6. Obama has such a condescending manner about him when he does something like that |
|
during the debates.
He's done it with Hillary and Kucinich, and he's real smirkey about it when he does it.

4. As was mentioned in a related thread... |
|
http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=389x2463397I really want to see all of these people in a cabinet position.... They are so great, all of them and would add extreme ability to anyone of the others that becomes President.

15. Of all the Bush voters I talked with after the 2004 election, only 2 watched |
|
the debates.
All of the others (I'm guessing around 25 or so) missed 'em.
It's like they don't even want to know how stupid their candidate is, so they don't feel too bad about voting for the jackass.

Anyone on the stage today is capable of being president . . . and it isn't necessary for them to say "Jesus" in every other sentence, either.

18. Similar to what I said in another thread. The Dem candidates ... |
|
... seemed so much more sane, thoughtful, focused, cordial and well-meaning, as compared to yesterday's batch of kooks. I'd be happy with almost any of the 6 candidates who were on the stage, over any of the 9 Rep. loons.
It was also refreshing, watching the debate up to the point where my DVR stopped recording due to MSNBC's opting to prioritize steroid-abusing baseball players over the selection of our next President, to watch a debate where God, religion and faith weren't injected into every other answer.
