Republican perspective on law and impeachment ala' Clinton- Kicking an EarlG post.
"If corruption invaded the political system, a means was available to address it. The founders felt impeachment was so important it was included in six different places in the Constitution."

EarlG linked this in a thread a couple of days ago (thanks, pardon me for name-dropping!) and I was struck by the 39 times Republicans threw around the word "law". One more, if you count "lawyer". And this is just a sampling of their thoughts on the issue...

When it's a Democrat, they suddenly know the Constitution inside and out. When it's a Democrat, they suddenly know the law, and the meaning of the word law.

Enough. Their hypocrisy is destroying the country.
