I no longer blame Nader for this statement. |

"Method becomes Law, but since that Law is devoid of any effect outside itself (nobody can say what a 'result' is in 'human sciences') it is infinitely disappointed; posing as pure meta-language, it partakes of the vanity of all meta-language. The invariable fact is that a piece of work which ceaselessly proclaims its determination for method is ultimately sterile: everything has been put into thte method, nothing is left for writing; the researcher repeatedly asserts that his text will be methodological but the text never comes."
Flame me if you must, but I have decided to blame Roland Barthes. I can understand why people want to blame Nader, and many may argue that he made the Barthes text possible, but the available evidence points to Barthes. Therefore, there's only one sensible conclusion. Nader didn't do it.
