As usual, the rec'd page is bashing a leading democratic leader
Pelosi is building a record of the 7 years of puke crime that can be used when, and only when, we get enough votes to hold the puke criminals accountable. Until then, all the pukes would do is let every other guilty puke go free like Libby.

It's too much to expect people to understand that I guess. All I can say is that if this was my website I would delete posts calling for democratic leaders to step down, especially leaders who are working everyday to hold criminal repukes accountable.

1. Oh, that's nothing. Just wait until some of the name-calling OPs bashing our Top Dems
hit the front page. Gonna be real pretty.

9. Actually if one of the rules are broken then the mods, by consensus
will lock or remove sub threads...

I'm afraid by calling them out you have broken a rule. We'll see how long this lasts.

10. A few people,
unable to discuss politics like adults, started calling Pelosi "a criminal bitch".

7. One flaw in your argument
Pelosi was never interested in holding anyone accountable. She said in an interview prior to the midterm elections that if she becomes Speaker, impeachment will not be considered and making * a lame duck president is good enough for her. By laying back and letting * get whatever he wants she hasn't even made him a lame duck president, especially with Reid's collusion in the Senate.

8. Speaker Pelosi on The War, Impeachment and Accountability
--- Speaker Pelosi: Thank you David. The American people really don’t even know the half of it, but we are trying to build the record, and that’s what we have to do. You know, they’ve been going for six – almost seven – six and a half years, with no oversight. Just absolutely zero accountability, no oversight. And when people talk about this Congress, they have to recognize the big distinction between this Congress and previous Congress’ in terms of shining the light of oversight and accountability on this administration. So when people see what is happening in terms of… What we said last year during the campaign – for the whole of 2006 what we said “Corruption, Cronyism and Incompetence”. And that’s some of this unint… Corruption. It’s not just the corruption; this personal aggrandizement that were guilty of, it was the corruption in terms of the governmental process. And they… it’s stunning. It really is stunning. And on many of these things, you have to build a record so that the public sees what it is. And I think that some of our people, Mr. Waxman in particular because he has the committee – The Government Reform and Oversight Committee – has done a spectacular job and I think you might share that assessment of what he has done. ---

11. Should you decide to read this
She has pledged that as Speaker she would give the Republicans rights they’ve denied the Democrats, like allowing them to introduce amendments to bills. But she may have trouble reining in the Democrats’ appetite for revenge. There’s already talk of multiple investigations and impeachment of the president.

"No, impeachment is off the table," she says.

"And that's a pledge?" Stahl asks.

"Well, it's a pledge in the – yes, I mean, it's a pledge. Of course it is. It is a waste of time," she replies.

"Wouldn't they just love it, if we came in and our record as Democrats coming forth in 12 years, is to talk about George Bush and Dick Cheney? This election is about them. This is a referendum on them," Pelosi says. "Making them lame ducks is good enough for me."

13. Pelosi put impeachment off the table to coverup her own culpability in Bush's crimes
Pelosi was briefed about torture back in 2002. Not only she didn't complain about it, she was enthusiastic!

The reason Pelosi put impeachment off the table is to coverup the complicity of Democratic leaders with Bush's crimes, including her own sorry enabling role.
