4. What's with the "unknowns/other" category in the report?
I know most of the "unknowns" and if they were known and scored, most of the Dems would score higher.

As it stands now, Kucinich by a mile.

10. as much as I like Kucinich, I'm not convinced he's the best

candidate for President.

I think he's absolutely got the best positions on most issues, and I'm glad he's running and getting a lot of those issues some attention. I actually have a Kucinich sticker on my car, and won't be removing it because I want people to look at him. If he got the nomination, I'd be quite happy.

However, looking at the overall picture, in which I look at things other than simply issues...I think Biden is a better choice. It's a bit hard to articulate...Part of it is image - not that Biden doesn't have issues with image on occasion, part of it is that annoying "electability" thing, some is just my sense of who will fit the office of President best. And my sense with Dennis is that he fits the position of legislator better than that of President.

To be fair, my vote isn't absolutely set on Biden, either. What happens in the early primaries/caucuses may have an effect on who I vote for.

If I could have an image of both Biden and Kucinich, I would :D

edited to add: I know I could have an image of both, if I put one together, but I'm too lazy.

14. The way I look at it is
we'll be voting for delegates not the candidate directly at our primary. I would like as many Kucinich delegates as possible at the convention. If another less liberal candidate is chosen as our nominee at the convention, at least there will be plenty of Kucinich delegates helping to write party platform. And I think that's a good thing for the party.

11. Kucinich, Gravel, Obama
Which is strange, 'cause according to this test, I disagree with Gravel on one issue and with Kucinich on two issues. (And I didn't give any issue extra weight.)

12. There are some definite mistakes or problems with this one..
I didn't check on any others, but just because I happen to be pretty familiar with his positions on these issues, I double checked.

For Richardson, NCLB, ANWR and Iraq War came up as unknown/other. His position on NCLB is clearly stated on his website, his position on the Iraq War is clearly stated on his website and he has spoken about it in debates and in many other places. I had to google to find his stance on ANWR (though I was pretty sure I knew the answer already - and was correct).

Whoever made up this little test seems to have not looked very hard to find positions on these issues from at least some of these candidates. It doesn't give a completely fair representation.

15. You can pick your candidate, and you can pick your nose, but you can't
wipe your candidate under your chair when nobody's looking.

Kucinich. AGAIN. :D
