Did Huckabee go too far and pull a "Howard Dean"? |
|
Edited on Wed Jan-02-08 07:14 AM by gene430
Looks like Huckabee stepped in it. The question now is will the media let it go or hammer it daily like they did to Howard Dean. http://www.politibyte.com/modules.php?name=News&file=article&sid=22

1. What has this got to do with Howard Dean? |
|
I don't see the connection.

You're comparing that fucking hypocrite and repugnant press conference to Dean? Wow. Go jump in a very icy lake.

4. Howard Dean did nothing wrong. The MSM assassinated his character |
|
with that bogus 'Dean scream' thing that was over-blown and out-of-context.

I've seen the video and it was genuine.
Of course it was overplayed by the MSM, but it wasn't bogus. It was a pretty real scream.

5. "pull a Howard Dean"? not a very good comparison |
|
Since your new here you probably didn't know that there are a lot of former Dean supporters here who might resent that.

6. I don't think Huckabee COULD "pull a Howard Dean..." |
|
...since he has no integrity and is not very smart!
Huck may have "stepped in it" but Dean didn't step in anything. He was pushed.

7. Please never use those two names in the same sentence again |
|
Huckleberry doesn't even deserve to be mentioned on the same page as the good doctor.

There are some serious Dean casualties here....nmy apology to the group. My intentions were only to ask for opinions as to whether or not the media was going to turn Huckabee's gaffe into a media frenzy as they did to Dean.
No offense to the Honorable Howard Dean.
Whew!

11. He's not very bright. He's all charm and personality and one-liners and gee-tar, but there's |
|
absolutely no Presidential substance or seriousness there. He's Chimpy 2.0--updated with a more pleasant personality and more verbal dexterity.

What a flaming phony this self-proclaimed religious candidate is, showing the attack ad he's not going to show, and not disavowing his slanderous claims against romney. What a hypocrite! Just like all the other Republican phonies and liars. What a bunch!

16. I found Huckabee's speech to be incredibly incoherent nonsense |
|
In front, behind, ahead, before us...
Who could tell what he was even talking about. Truly weird.
