1. None of the above. He will win NH because he won Iowa. I am so sick of these |
|
small states determining our candidates before we in California even get a chance to vote!

11. As a Californian it maddens me that its a done deal by the time it gets here -- |

what's the point of voting at all. I think that we should all vote in the primary on the same day and not give any state an advantage. I don't think we always produce the best candidate for the party by allowing two small states like Iowa and New Hampshire to have such influence - nothing against Obama. Even if my favorite Kucinich had won - I still don't like the way our primaries are run.

as opposed to "joementum" which never actually existed, despite what Senator LIEberman told himself in 2004.
It will be more interesting to see how Obama and Edwards split South Carolina.

9. Nah, the media still loves Hillary more than anyone. |
|
That will probably be the case even when she loses NH. The corporate whores probably won't drop her until Supercalifragigilisticexpealidocious Tuesday, when she faces a crushing defeat.

They win either way. Despite perception, hs is to the right of Hillary and every other dem running....but that doesn't even matter. The repubs will wipe the floor with Obama in the GE. Not sure why people on DU cannot see that all the Obama jazz is BS.....he does not stand for any real change.

16. I agree totally. He talks change, but what change??? Too vague. Too much hype. |
|
The MSM has selected our nominee, because he's "popular", and knows how to orate.
He will get taken out easily by a Huckster.

is Obama, Obama Obama, Obama, Obama, Obama, ...
Chris Matthews and Wolf Blitzer are utterly obsessed with him, and others are not far behind. There is no doubt that Matthews was for GWB in 2000 and in 2004. Think about it.

I have no doubt that Obama will represent Democrats very well in the WH, should he get there. Getting there has been the bugaboo of most of the last 30 years, so I don't really care what he is saying on the campaign trail to pander to Repubs, if that is even what he is doing. I know what I need to know about him from researching his past, and yes, reading his books.

We only had 3 candidates to choose from, and Obama's a celebrity, and that's it.

I know how you feel, and I know it's awful California's votes do not matter, but imagine how I feel. My state, Nort Carolina, votes AFTER Feb 5th's big blow out. My vote really really really really doesn't count. There is absolutely zero reason for me to even try and vote. Heck, they don't even place any TV ads here, we get nothing. It's like there is some election happening in a whole other country and we just get to hear updates on cnn every night or so.
How is that democracy in action?
