2. If we get up off
our asses and get out in the streets and in the voting booths by the Millions and take an active participation in what's going on in our country and find out the facts and not be brainwashed by the m$$$$m..that we do Have The Power. And I feel Obama is sayin' that, too.

4. What he meant was,
"Democratic primary voters, you are frustrated that Bush is enacting an agenda you oppose. Please channel that frustration into a vote for me. Thank you."

12. Never mind, Occam, you're
too cynical. Glad you like Obama, though.

5. his was an internet spread campaign generating grass roots interest and
getting ordinary people excited about the 2004 election. similar to obama's situation only more details and meat and less messiah complex. also generated much of his money from individual donors and little from establishment.

the biggest diff between dean/obama is that dean had a detailed and complex set of actual things he wanted to do compared to obama...or any other dem this year. I still have all of the position papers and such in case any of the current dems want to use any of the idears :-)

7. I think that the biggest difference between what Dean was saying
and what Obama is saying, is that people are getting it much better this time. They actually showed up.

6. Well.. I haven't been paying too much attention...
But I think his focus was on energizing the roots, getting people more involved.. To make politicians pay more attention to the voters than the lobbyists.

8. BINGO!
Maybe that was a good focus in a democracy. Getting people involved and letting them know that they have the power.
