I'm still supporting John, but damn....I like all four candidates.
Hillary Clinton is experienced and ready to lead and ready to bring change.

Barack Obama is hopeful and optimistic about what we can accomplish in bringing about change.

John Edwards is speaking up against corporate power and corporate greed, and being aggressive in fighting for change.

Bill Richardson is experienced, and wants to use that experience to bring change.

All four would be a great change over the Republican candidates.

So for a CHANGE, can we at least agree we've got four great candidates running?

And I'm proud that I get to support one of them!!

:)

1. I fully agree. I have preferences, but they are all great candidates.
Bill Richardson should keep his greedy paws off Great Lakes water, but he's still a good guy. :-)

4. We all have preferences, but I hope all of DU will come together when we pick a nominee.
Because damn, we've got the best top tier candidates in quite some time running.

Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, John Edwards and Bill Richardson.

What a final four.

I thought Howard Dean, John Kerry, John Edwards and Wes Clark was good in 2004.

But we've topped that this time around.

3. If I could recommend this post five times, I would.
There is no doubt that any of the four would be light-years better than any Republican, and I will be happy to vote for whatever (D) shows up on the GE ballot in November.

5. I just now bit the bullet and watched the NH debate.
I couldn't bring myself to watch live with Biden missing (I'm a huge Biden supporter).

I forced myself to listen to each of them objectively, and not through my "comparing it to Biden" filter. I've come to the same conclusion.

Although I still feel Biden would be the MOST qualified for the job, I also feel we'd do just fine with any of these people in the WH. They all bring something to the table and I think at heart, want what's best for our country.

And I loved Bill Richardson's answer to what he wished he hadn't said during a debate -- funny guy!

6. *cough* four?
This kind of crap censorship and black-listing of a politician shouldn't be allowed to go on here (not because of some rule, but because we should be better than that) - what crap.

7. Listen, I like Kucinich. And Gravel. But neither have a chance.
Not just because the media says so. But because they simply don't.

I did miss Dennis in the debate, though. And Gravel's humor.

8. what is the magical reasoning then if it's not the media?
"they simply don't" is not an answer. Giving in to the media/corporate selection for who our candidates are is unacceptable. Maybe some could say, "I like these four" or something, but to indicate that there some how only are four is an outright lie, a nasty swipe at Kucinich and Gravel, and an insult to democracy. Of course these two men have less of a chance, since they're barred from debates, weren't allowed much time in the debates they were in, and are censored by the media outlets that host those debates (this is very real - ABC cut Kucinich out of a picture of 'the candidates').
