is this the opportunity that the Democratic party needs to destroy the DLC virus that has taken control of the party infrastructure?
Part of what has been frustrating for me is the destructive rift in the party between the progressive coalitions and the corporatists at the DLC. Because of Bill Clinton's electoral success people like Craville, Begalla, Penn, Wolfsohn, etc. have head a seat at the head of the table for the party. With this defeat and the apparent repudiation of everything the DLC stands for, is this not the time for us to take back control of the party?

2. I doubt it. Because if a non-DLC loses in the general, the DLC will say I told you so. |
