Lowering expectations is politics 101. Obama failed to do that and MSM burned him by raising them |
|
He should have fought against the hype, it's basic politics. Clinton knew that, you didn't hear her predict victory once after Iowa, at least I didn't.
If Obama had played the game the right way and won even by a few points it would have been huge but he let Sludge and the rest of the MSM fuck up his game with their crazy predictions.

2. No, sometimes you've got to turn the herd |
|
And you've got to get a bandwagon going to turn the herd. If it didn't happen, it didn't happen. That's the way it goes.

12. I suppose. But that would be tough, he's out campaigning in a supercharged |
|
atmosphere. I just wish it didn't happen.

We're not even at the quarter pole yet. At this time last week, Hillary was still leading in Iowa.

11. I don't know. Obama had some serious momentum and was juicing it. |
|
If Hillary does pull out a win it will be amazing....and it looks like it may happen.

13. My take is that Obama started to believe the hype |
|
and the adulation of his supporters went to his head.
Not uncommon, particularly with younger, less experienced candidates who've been elevated prematurely to positions of unearned prominence.
