How telling and interesting it shall be, indeed.

Now the real cross-section of these States gets to check in...

6. you must have failed logic.
if so many in lily white states went for Obama and he came in resounding first place in one and a close, close 2nd in the other....what might his results be in a state with more African American voters now that they see him as a guy who can win?

you know how the guy talked about his fiancee voting for Hillary just because she's a woman? There will be many who vote for Obama because he is one of their own and a representation of a changed time.

That is your opinion. You Obamites have a problem with women who vote based upon gender but have no problem with Obama getting votes based upon race. Quite the double standard.
Also, DO NOT give me the "ohh, your a racsist" shit that you people have been throwing around.
Those Hannity-like tactics don't work.

Obama does NOT speak for me. He wants to sleep with the right wing, that's fine, but I am NOT joining him!

15. okay....that's funny for several reasons
I've NEVER said someone who decided to vote for someone other than Obama was a racist. Anyone who has said that is ignorant and the comment is indefensible.

second....when you talk about Obama being with corporate America and "in bed" with the right wing...I find that laughable. YOu do realize you're supporting Hillary Clinton, the big bad DLC centrist???

man. no wonder the American people are such easy marks.

21. I have been called racist by several Obama supporters around here.
Also, Hillary is a centrist and is honest about it.
Obama is not honest on where he stands.

19. AX10 you are right on my friend. How easily obama folks want to
make it about race. So I guess we HRC supporters shall continue to me called racists, and I reckon now all that voted for HRC in New Hampshire tonight are racists and bigots too....WOW!

29. hah! my main reason for entering this thread
is you're trying to say the OBAMA victory was meaningless. you're trying to say OBAMA going to states with more African American voters is meaningless. I just came in to inject some accuracy into it. and then for some reason you completely go off on a tangent.

31. all sides are. others just said the reason polls were so far off
is white voters who were polled didn't want to seem racist so they said they'd vote for Obama and then turned around to vote for Hillary.

so...."my" side is not the only one. Incidentally, I have been supporting Edwards. Obama has always been my "safety" candidate. And I am now reverting to him as a supporter with Edwards losing.

Clinton....I just don't trust her to change ANYTHING.

offensive and racist when
used in the context you

but there have been several acusations made tonight about NH being racist. It's just BS if you ask me.

26. The problem is...
...that Obama needed to win these "lily-white" states to dispel the notion that "the country will never elect an African-American." Iowa was a big step in that direction, but N.H. is, likewise, a giant step backwards, and will revive the meme that he is "unelectable."

28. you mean because he was narrowly beat out for 1st place?
I don't think that places him in unelectable territory. He got more independent votes. Hillary got more hard core Dem support. In a general election it is the independents and cross over voters and new voters that make the difference.

I like Obama's chances.

32. That's a pretty racist OP
You act as if there's something wrong with people being white. WTF is that about? There are areas with a majority of blacks, Hispanics, Asians, but you don't hear any complaints about those. It's not a sin to be white, you know....

Unlike you, these "lily-white" people were color-blind enough to help Obama win Iowa and come in a VERY close second in NH.

Take your racism and shove it.
