Clinton refers to what he thinks are Obama's misleading assertions about the Iraq war. The collection of those assertions is what Clinton calls a "fairy tale". "This whole thing", he said after talking about Obama's war position, is a fairy tale.
I think the MLK/Lyndon Johnson remarks were insensitive though. I think Hillary or Clinton, I don't know who made those remarks, disrespected MLK, although I don't think they disrespected him because of his color, of course.

a mistake, and certainly herself meant no disrespect, it's her fault that she has a habit of saying really ackward things sometimes, and that's how it goes, you pay the consequences.
