So what if MSNBC just doesn't ask Kucinich any questions |
|
Will there be a judge standing by to force them to ask him questions?

5. That's the problem with a court-enforced invitation |
|
if you invite me to your house, then disinvite me, and a judge orders you to reinvite me, do you have to feed me? Offer me drinks? Talk to me?

2. You know they'll ask him at least one question. |
|
I'm banking on a UFO question.

6. I believe there's a clause that lets Kucinich |
|
kick Russert in the balls if he does not get at least three questions.
of course, my reading glasses prescription is kind of old, too.

9. Russert will probably start by asking him if he's seen any ufo's lately |
|
of course he'll also have to come up with a "UFO question" to marginalize Edwards, too.

11. I guess the real question |
|
goes to the practicality of using the courts to resolve something like this.
So MSNBC can be forced to invite him - but what else? Will they have to give him equal time? Questions of equal importance? A beneficial position on stage?
I just don't see how courts can properly resolve complaints like this. If I invite you to my house, then disinvite you, and a court orders that I have to reinvite you, am I obligated to feed you? To talk to you? To provide drinks?

He is going to hit them hard for voting for the war and Hillary again for the Iran vote

14. I'm sure MSNBC is dying to have a guy on who gets less than 2% of the votes in a primary |
