1. Well, is there even a paper trail to recount?
I heard somewhere that Diebold was 81% of the vote. Not knowing the whole story, is there any kind of trail to even piece together?

6. Not yet
my bet is that it doesn't happen, or if it does, the results will be fraudulent again. To admit to voting fraud at this point would be a HUGE can of worms on an election year.

3. Paper ballots. Some machine counted. The machines aren't linked.
There is talk about a possibility that the ballots could not have been secured well enough to prevent tampering though.

9. Thanks
They do vote machines only, here, and I hadn't heard any more detail regarding it for NH.

4. Yes, the money is going to be paid...
I think Dennis Kucinich has it already, the Republican candidate is questioning why the money has to be paid up front. And Yes, there is a paper trail and all the ballots will be hand-counted. I think the counting starts on the 16th, but I could be wrong about that.

5. Diebold only used to count votes..
Each person voted on paper, then used the Diebold machines to count the paper ballots. Each person in NH voted on paper from what I understand.

So, there is paper to count - but I have no idea if that is actually moving forward.
