I'm glad that Hillary Clinton did not dis~enfranchise the Michigan voters... |
|
She was wise not to remove her name from the ballot as others did. There was no requirement that they do so. The removal of the candidate's names was just grand~standing...nothing more. The Michigan voters were kicked under the bus and I don't think it was a wise move. A least Hillary Clinton did the right thing and left her name on the ballot. We will see what happens at the convention. If Michigan's delegates are, indeed, not recognized (which is the most likely scenario)...what makes anyone think that Democrats in Michigan will come out to vote in the GE (regardless of who our candidate is)? Isn't that handing a victory over to the repigs?

18. It appears that you just fall for the media's reinvention of Clinton |
|
If anyone triangulates, it is Obama. Clinton has the most direct answers I have seen when asked a question.
It is unfortunate really, your bias is blinding you.

it was shameful of our party to do that to the voters of Michigan...by punishing the State Democratic party, they punished the voters. I would be so pissed.

9. so you are saying we should`t have a national party?. |
|
so you mean each state could decide when they could have a primary and set their own rules? would`t it be kinda hard to run an organization without rules and regulations?

11. Are you just bitter that Hillary did to well tonight. |
|
Sounds like it.
Look, the Primary process is very undemocratic. There should be a national primary on one day. Michigan wanted more prominence so they moved their primary up. The candidates should have gone to Michigan and stood with them.

15. A compromise should have been reached...It is reprehensible to disenfranchise the voters... |
|
How can our party expect to get those voters to care about the GE if we basically told them to eff off?
