That wouldn't help a thing. I'm not a fan of grandstanding. What would have been nice is if one of them had read/made a statement saying they were all disappointed in NBC's decision to exclude Dennis.

I am expressing irritation at the 1500 posts on how Kucinich is a martyr and how my candidate should do the right thing and stay away from the debates.
I am sorry your guy has such low numbers that he is no longer viable, but frankly I want to hear what the three viable candidates have to say. How many other non-viable candidates are you freaking out over? I've only seen people gripe about Dennis.
Now he is a great guy and an asset to the congress and frankly I hope the winner asks him to take a spot in their cabinet for he has much to offer, but the one thing he isn't right now, is a viable candidate for the WH.
If you want to take my post as nasty go ahead- but frankly the amount of martyr/conspiracy posts just makes people go from feelings empathy for Kucinich supporters to just plain annoyance. It's not anger, just mild annoyance. I save my anger for the Repukes.

who says he's my guy?
I'll vote Edwards if I get the chance. I don't want him to stay away from the debates. (don't know where you got that one) As far as the griping...you've only seen people gripe about him? Sorry, can't say I've had the same experience..but be that as it may, dude you're certainly welcome to your opinions about all that, and I ain't sayin' you need my permission.
But yeah it did sound a bit nasty.
As far as viability goes, if I may? I'm thinking Kooch deserves to be considered viable based on not just his numbers, but also his message, which I think we all hopefully share..? IMHO he passes the smell test better than anybody. That should count for something.

The martyrdom has been pretty evident here since yesterday. If you took my post as nasty then I apologize for the tone. It was not intended to be mean, just to convey the frustration over the endless beating of a dead horse.
I am also and Edwards supporter and I like much of Dk's platform, but in reality he is not a viable candidate unless three others are all killed in a plane crash tommorrow.....then MAYBE he would get a little exposure and have a shot at the nomination.

I can relate to the frustration. I'm just casting a vote for the 'let's show more class than Republicans' initiative. Thanks for the apology. I'm kinda feeling like all us Edwards fans can easily afford to be generous with the people who are also understandably frustrated in the Kucinich camp..but hey go ahead and vent, what the hey.
Thanks for the good feelings, you can ignore me now :pals:

Now that Kucinich has been successfully dismissed, it is Edwards' turn: you will notice that he is increasingly being marginalized and I expect he will become a "non-viable, disruptive candidate able only to steal votes from real candidates within a month or two.

Now in response to some of the other responses above...
You know, I hope nothing like this ever happens to one of the anointed two and the still hanging on 3rd. We see enough threads whining about every little slight or utterance that seems to cast a less than perfect light on them or tips their little halos. I can't even imagine the screaming if this happened to one of them. I would bet, even after all the horse shit that gets posted here about DK and his "thugs" (from something I saw earlier), we would be right behind every one of them demanding that this treatment stop. They will never get my vote but I can certainly stand for democracy without supporting the candidate.
Who is it that is asking for and paying for a vote count in NH? He will not gain anything for his campaign by doing this but as he said, it is the right thing to do for our country. Who has the least money and who is paying for it? Still, the horse shit flies like everyone just can't wait to get their piece of the fun by bashing the one who is actually doing the things we have been screaming about en masse for the last 7 years. Will he be held in higher regard for exposing the fraud?
Seems funny to me that people are so damned disgusted with this. Makes me wonder what makes a democrat these days. I certainly don't recognize a good part of the rhetoric or the tactics anymore.
It is one thing to argue about policy but to denigrate the man and his supporters just shows people for who they are and I am damned glad I only know them on the Internet.

it probably does but I am just not up to it anymore. I could care less anymore what any of these people say, frankly I could really care less about what the Democratic party has to say anymore because I don't see many Dems who are not bought and sold. I could care less about electing a Rock Star, shit I detest American Idol so I really do not feel like I even belong here anymore except for some of the friends I have made, some posters who actually post things that are worth reading and my causes.
We have become mean spirited and unable to accept that when someone is right and doing the right things that respect is deserved for that person even if we do not like them. I am sick of having candidates whose supporters have to come in and post what their candidate "really meant" and justify it by posting what they have done in the past and what they said yesterday while asking people to forget and forgive what they do today. Who in the hell are we?
Pfttt, it is snowing and the farm is beautiful. If you want to repost it you may, I am just not really caring much anymore and the last thing I really want today is to have to wade through the nastiness that would be certain to follow.
I have almost given up, I guess I now understand why people don't care. It sucks to feel disenfranchised.

I always loved being a Democrat. Now I am no longer a Democrat and would really like to be one again. The Socialist party is not terribly viable and the misunderstanding about would be somewhat funny if it were not so hysterical.
I guess it is just a painful time for me, everyone has them, now it is my turn.

The latest marginalizing of Kucinich is only a symptom. The inevitable result of the MSM's bias shouldn't be used to excuse that bias.
If we never take a stand against it, sooner or later they'll come for every damned one of our candidates--they'll use the very same schemes against the Dem nominee. I don't think it'll be enough to tip the general to the GOP, but if it does, a Dem minority will similarly be used to excuse the MSM's lack of curiosity about what happened.
