ABC News: Senator Clinton finds her groove |
|
From ABC News The Note, which can be found at ABC News's website.
I pass this along because I thought it interesting not because I support or don't support her.
Clinton is in a groove -- stabilizing in the national polls, and in control of her image and her message like she's been at few other points in the campaign. But the warning signs are well-known to her advisers, and she didn't need Karl Rove to bring his stand-up act to Washington to make them better-known to the RNC (and the press). Referencing her 55-40 victory over "Uncommitted" in Michigan, Rove said: "That's a pretty remarkable testament to the deep concerns the Democrats have about Senator Clinton when she can't barely beat nobody else."

Those who bother to go out to vote in a primary like that know the system. A vote for non declared is a vote for one of the other candidates. Simple as that.

2. Is she reported to be finding her groove because she won |
|
New Hampshire or because she is starting to goof around with reporters on the campaign plane? Don't forget, the press all thought Bush was an OK guy because he rolled oranges up and down the plane aisle. http://www.reuters.com/article/newsOne/idUSN1615365620080117http://www.time.com/time/magazine/article/0,9171,386955-1,00.html

Of course, Edwards quarter of percentage "second winner" in Iowa was a resounding victory - wildly celebrated.... Hillary's victories are always questionable...Rove & DU - happy together.
