Is anybody else watching the debate ticked off about how these media people keep interrupting the candidates? I say just let the candidates have a discussion and stop butting in.

They ask a question and when they dislike the answer they interrupt.

5. They seem to want soundbyte answers |

for each question. We have wonderful candidates with substantial answers and they aren't allowed to elaborate.

even wait for the answers to her own questions. They should go back to the "timed" answer....this relaxed atmosphere doesn't work.

... BuzzFlash, et al ...
corporations have ran the others ... give the people of the Democratic Party a chance to ask questions ...
our Media is irresponsible, sensationalist, narrow-focused, etc.
if this Media was contemporary of John Kennedy running for President, we wouldn't have had one brief shining nano-second ...
... when we lose the 4th Estate to special interests, we're facing a tough time ...
... the 4th Estate got itself together on a tennis court in France ... now, they meet on one for doubles and cocktails ...

I really can't wait to see the debate between chimp and our nominee. It ought to be completely disgusting.

I think the politicians almost deserve the derisive treatment - since they KEEP VOTING to allow the corporations to buy all the media.

You are exactly right about egos. Gees, were there 4 Dem candidates, or 6?? That was not the way to hold a debate. I think the vast majority of questions were posed to either Edwards or Kerry. That was entirely unfair, and I think Sharpton was right to comment that the media was trying to determine the nominee. I think the moderators had more time talking then Kucinich and Sharpton. Yea, haha, it is New York, that isn't funny, it is rude to the candidates, and the viewers that wanted to hear answers from the candidates. It doesn't matter what part of the country you come from, you shouldn't interrupt constantly when people are speaking, well unless they are republicans :)...Kevin.

the candidate debate this morning and want to express my resentment or jubulation or whatever, someone here has already done it. I could not agree more. The Inquisitioners were rude, ill-informed, illogical and boorish. All of the candidates were far more polite than the dolts doing the questioning deserved.
