Ought to just leave now, rather than wait to stab us all in the back later.

10. No they are not, and certainly would not be in the GE. |

Obama really does not offer much to a Hillary ticket. He would work well with Biden, Dodd, Richardson etc. ... but I don't see what he adds to Hillary.

14. Oh, yes they are. Obama got over 80% yesterday |

And Michigan was a tell too. And sorry, but there's real resentment building in the African American community toward her and Bill. Do some reading and listening. I'm not suggesting Obama as a V.P. But she's got a fuck of a lot of work to do to heal the wounds she's created.

between enthusiastically and reluctantly. As a progressive would I have any other options? I do not, however, believe their is a chance in hell of Hillary asking Obama to be VP. The Clinton's will forever be angry at him for trying to steal their show.

A Clinton/Obama ticket would be our best hope against what I see as a potential McCain/Huckabee ticket.

15. I'd say Barack would rather stay an illinois senator |
|
being a hillary vp frankly would have its disadvantages because of the bill factor... and frankly because of gender politics. someone who has developed high name id doesn't need the vp position, whereas it's more logical for someone like bayh despite the misgivings about how the vp role would be viewed due to bill's influence.

16. If Clinton wins the nomination, |
|
I do not think she will offer or Obama will accept the VP nod. At that point, If he wants a political future, he would far better off to distance himself from the Clintons, Ask Gore how that worked out for him.
Elected or not the Cllintons are the past and Obama is the future of this country.

because I would not vote for Obama at the top of the ticket. For VP, I'd prefer Bill Richardson or Wes Clark.
