Who believes that either Hillary or Barack, if elected, would support the investigation of |
|
crimes and/or misdeeds committed by Bush&Co. in order to hold them accountable?

2. Your question lends itself to a poll... |
|
...Is there some reason you choose not to raise it as a poll?
Just wondering.
My answer, btw, is highly unlikely. It would require immense sustained populist pressure.

5. Yes. I don't know how to do it! But since only a 'yes' or 'no' would suffice, |

...... to do it the way you did.
In case you are interested, starting a poll is very easy. Click the "Post" icon the way you ordinarily would to begin an OP, then click the icon that says "Click here to start a poll." From this point on it's very much like starting any OP with the exception that you need to remember to type in the poll options respondents can choose from in the boxes. There can be as many as 10 choices.
Very straight forward -- give it a try, you won't break nothin'

22. You're welcome. And I might... |
|
...just say, the way you did this informal poll is actually preferable in some respects because respondents are more likely to elaborate on their answers, and maybe more likely to respond because they don't feel constrained by preselected choices. Some people just don't like formal polls.

21. I just kicked my earlier poll on this question |
|
it would appear the issue is "off the table" for Obama and Clinton supporters. There are a number of issues they don't think their candidates need to answer for before the election, even though they serve in Congress. A small sample of what Obama and Clinton don't need to do anything about in the Senate:
End the Iraq War
Fix the economy
Investigate Bush/Cheney crimes
Protect voting integrity and abuse
Pretty much anything having to do with Bush flaunting the Constitution

There is no way to get a fair trial in the US. Every person selected would already have made their decision. It's up to the international community to prosecute.

12. The Congress will do it. |
|
Dubya is going to have to issue some blanket pardons before he goes. If we hold Congress, Waxman and Conyers won't stop.
Do I think either Hillary or Barack will stonewall Congress to save Bush? Not at all. But the Bushies are not big on leaving an audit trail for what they do. (In a just world, that alone would be cause for impeachment.)

...they pretty much care about themselves and their own interests, and anything that would hold Bush accountable is "off the table."
Sorry, Obama-bots. The truth hurts.

That's why I'm in FAVOR of ELECTING A "TRIAL LAWYER" as PRESIDENT... After all isn't this the most CORRUPT ADMINISTRATION IN HISTORY?
