Obama will be better off and learn from this experience (re:Hillary) |
|
Now that Hillary is schooling Obama in the art of campaign warfare Obama will learn and get a good experience from this to be a better candidate in the future. While Obama supporters may not like it now they will appreciate how much stronger and better a candidate Obama will be because of Hillary's hardball campaign.
Obama is learning from a master, and this will be a big help to him in the future. If you are going to learn, its best to learn a hard lesson that will be most instructive for you.

The thought that it is a lesson that 'has to be learned' is to me very cynical if not absolutely bankrupt, and it's the result of too many years of Clintonian and Rovian politics in our party and our country.

8. Alas, America loves bullies and that's why she's ahead. |
|
They're also trained to view politics as a winner-take-all sport, rather than a collaborative process to improve society.

9. Facts & knowledge can be intimidating -- hardly bullying. Now unilaterally |
|
and pre-emptively bombing a country such as Pakistan ... now that's bullying. But alas, that is just a world point of view.

5. "Obama is learning from a master..." |
|
Obama is the most natural politician I've ever seen.
The only lesson he might learn is dirty politics from Hillary or Bill, but thats all.

6. How to be polarizing? How to conduct a scorched earth campaign? |
|
How to alienate the most reliably Democratic voting bloc with a stupid racebaiting Southern Strategy?
Obama does need to learn, and sharpen his skills, but not from the Clintons. They're a damn sight better than repukes (not saying much there) but they are NOT the best we can do for our party.

Please explain how this is good for anything. She's going to find herself all alone in November. Mark my words.

15. I hope that reminders that Hillary over playing her hand is what hurt the Dems. chances in NOV. |
|
She put Obama on the spot and when he responded to her attacks she accused him of having canned rebuttals. I'm glad he was ready for her. I'm still not sure who actually won the debate, but I hope it was Obama.

If he doesn't think there is a better way, I am wrong about him.
