Anti-Clinton voters realizing Edwards is viable

It is just as likely that Anti-Obama voters who drifted to Hillary are now looking seriously at Edwards because they really do not like Hillary.... they just liked her more than Obama

2. I think you're right.
Edwards has more "White" support than either Obama or Hillary. I hardly see Edwards as a figure who attracts racists or sexists. His populist message appeals to everyone.

4. Yes, it's the message
That works for Edwards. The more people hear him, the more they like what he has to say. We need him in D.C., we really do!

3. Could be!
I also think that voters are starting to think really hard about November, and getting a nominee that can beat the republicans. If they are doing that, then Edwards will start taking votes from both Hillary, and Obama, since both of them will have a harder time winning in November.

The Rezko thing is not going to go away, and the repbublicans will use it big time in the general. Hillary will help them by bringing out every repbublican in the country to defeat her. Yes, it would be great to have the first woman, or the first black president, but Hillary is "NOT" the right woman, and Obama needs more time, although I do think that he would do fine in a few more years, he just isn't ready right now.

7. Obama is not losing white support, according to most polls. His support has increased...
among Af. Americans, and that's why he is favored to win there. But the white support he had previously has not left him.

The Clintons have lost a lot of their Af. American supporters, which is why their voters are mainly white, and why they are trying to spin it that whites have left Obama there, instead of the reverse. (Remember...Clinton used to have that state in the palm of her hand, with almost total support from both blacks and whites. She has lost that.)

Edwards...I don't know who is planning on voting for Edwards, but it wouldn't surprise me if he got a bit of both blacks and whites, but mainly younger.

The old folks with vote for the Clintons, probably.

8. I will be so glad when South Carolina is OVER
I think this has been the most divisive contest yet.

For what it's worth, it was in South Carolina that the Civil War began.

11. Know what? It's okay for race to be A reason to vote for someone. So's sex. If I lived in SC -
and I did for two miserable years - I'd pull that lever for Obama, in part, BECAUSE he is black.

'Nuff said!

13. Edwards cannot win a GE. He has already proven that.
He was NOT an asset to Kerry and behind the scenes the Kerry campaign was sorry that he was chosen as Kerry's running mate.
