Heck, the national NOW organization doesn't even want anything to do with this. Its stupid politics at its worse. Hillary may be many things, but she isn't dumb enough to support this type of response.

support? What's the matter with having your husband ask, even though he is a former President? There is not "protocol" for this. The fact that a former President has a spouse who is a major candidate for the Presidency is history-making and a precedent. The fact that some people feel "betrayed" and voice their opinions is not wrong. The NOW statement DID NOT smear Kennedy. It was heartfelt and factual. One has yet to prove that any of the smearing or attacks on the endorsers have come from the Clintons or anyone officially associated with the Clinton campaign.
