Did Governor Sebelius Give Americans a Good View of the Bullpen of Dem Talent?

I personally think that Governor Sebelius had a strong message with a measured, steady, if a little uninspired delivery.

But I also wonder if she gave Americans a sneak peek at the strong bullpen of talent.
