7. It's not like either side isn't starting a lot of BS threads about this subject.
Containing it to one thread, of course, would result in intelligent discourse, and it'd be obvious what the conclusion to that would be.

Edited on Mon Jan-28-08 11:06 PM by Seabiscuit
:eyes:

Really its a little rude and a bit immature.

Note: Keith Olbermann just reported that Hillary reached out to Barack and he turned away based on an experienced photographer's report.

11. It is actually very "Bushie"
He treats her in a totally patronizing, utterly disdainful manner. The picture is just one more example of this.

..sheeeeesh!

I've always had the impression that Obama had an arrogant streak. And that expression is one of utter contempt.

Yikes.

13. hmm i am sorry to say this sorta sounds like racism (or at least appearance-ism)
Edited on Mon Jan-28-08 11:12 PM by Levgreee
Perhaps judging facial characteristics you are not as familiar with, as something that it is not because of your lack of experience. Also, his eyes are to the side. They are not looking to the side and front, where Hillary is. You can't tell at all if he is even looking directly at Hillary.

(also this was a reply to the whole thread)

18. Yes, making erroneous judgments based on appearances
that is part of the core of racism, if it is a misconception that is generally applied to a certain race.

Such as, a certain race looking stupid, or looking angry. It's been done in the past.

I don't know if it applies in this case or not, since I'm no expert, but it's a slippery slope.

19. It's just like after 9/11 where ANY TIME you disagreed with Bush, you were Anti American
and unpatriotic. Total and complete bullshit, but, if you disagreed with the masses...

Racism? That's a real stretch.

Obama's "look" might be directed to him!

That would certainly fit how the censoring MSM media's been doing things! :)

26. Oops! The true face of the new 'uniter' comes through.
Not the usual phony-raptured-blissful face he has when he acts like God is whispering in his ear.

Know this, Hillary ain't my bag either. But her real face shows all the time.

F 'em both, they deserve each other.

34. I really REALLY do not care for that picture. It touches a nerve with me, and I'm betting we have
not seen the last of that shot. I believe there are alot of women who will find that particular image to be disgusting. It definitely conveys a message.

I don't care who agrees or disagrees with me. My personal feeling is disgust.
