Did Obama learn manners from those college RePUKES who used to snub Clinton handshake at graduation?

Every couple of years you'd see a commencement where some College PUKES would refuse to shake Bill Clinton's hand.

a man never offers his hand to a woman first-he waits until the woman extends her hand to him.

well i`m old and was taught proper manners years ago in grade school i guess it`s a lost art now days

I had to take etiquette classes when I was around 12. I can set a formal dining room table. :)

In business you shake hands with everyone. In a social situation: older woman extends hand to man, man extends hand to younger or your aged women.
