8. Talking about
Obama being a unifying influence.

Steph funnily tried to bait him into dissing the Clintons and he didn't go there.

Then she accused him of ignoring her and he said he wasn't ignoring her or he would have hung up and then he pretended to do so.

He pointed out how silly the front leading Repubs rhetoric about the war is.

Steph pointed out how unfair it is that the media annihilated Kerry in '04 for having made one verbal faux pas about the war and they never confront the pukes.

They briefly spoke about the vacuity of the SOTU.

Now Barbara Lee is on talking about the politics of fear and the ruse of national security.

10. Thank you :)
I'm glad to hear he didn't take the bait.

Ugh, the SOTU - there's an hour of my life I'll never get back. What a disappointment, I tried to prepare myself - but how can you prepare yourself for that?

Stephanie said the same thing about losing that hour of her life.
