Any Clark Arkansans here? |
|
What are the chances of Arkansas doing for Clark what Vermont did for Dean? Wish I was an Arkansan. Go to it, you guys and gals and :kick: ass, for our man!

1. doesn't seem likely to me |
|
Even in his home state Clark never had the visibility or relationship with the voters like Dean being a Governor. But hell it sure would be neat!

10. Had thought about that when posting, BUT |
|
figured I'd give it the old 'college' try! Vermonters, by their votes/voices, told me a great deal about Dean. Nonetheless, you are right and we agree on both counts :toast:

...would love to see Clark as the VEEP. He is so eloquent, concise, and direct that he can't be "spun." And I wanted to vote for him in TX.

by the time we have our primary --May 18-- this thing will be well under way. I don't understand why they do it this way. Doesn't make sense to me.

you would be making an important statement, an effective contribution to Clark's future in politics, and you won't be hurting anyone at this point. YOUR VOICES can still be heard! (I agree with you, Primary Day should be one Nationwide Day!)

14. We were a Super Tuesday state, once. |
|
Back when there was really only the Dem candidates and the primary was tantamount to election. Having it so early made the losers into instant lame ducks. So it was changed, after only 1 pres primary I think.
Before we tried the Super Tuesday route, I think our primary was in June, sometime.

4. He may not even be on our ballot |
|
We vote May 18th. If he is not on my ballot I will vote for either DK or Sharpton. I would love to vote Clark for my first election.

Clark should be on your ballot, otherwise you can always write him in, or your other choices are wonderful, as well.
